Welcome to Mindful Nutrition & Wellness Solutions, where we believe that optimal health and wellness is achievable for everyone. As a Holistic Nutrition and Trauma-informed Health Coach, I have been helping my clients find their optimal wellness since 2016. My approach is holistic, with a focus on developing a deeper understanding of your habits and lifestyle choices. By taking a personalized approach to coaching and nutrition consultation, I aim to I support women of color in embracing healthier food choices and addressing the emotional and psychological factors that influence their health. Our Story

The name "Noyan" carries profound meaning across cultures—historically signifying "the commander," "the protector," and "the leader." For women, it embodies the noble princess warrior, the wise guardian, and the compassionate guide who leads not through dominance, but through wisdom, vision, and nurturing strength. This essence of empowered protection perfectly captures what Danielle Izaak-Lewis has created—a sanctuary where black, indigenous women of color are protected, guided, and empowered on their wellness journeys.

Danielle's path to becoming this guardian of wellness began on the lush island of Alliougana - Montserrat, where she was deeply influenced by her mother's work as a nutrition officer for the local government.

There, amid the rich traditions of West Indian culture, she witnessed firsthand how food served as both medicine and connection—growing organic, nutrient-dense produce and embracing a holistic approach that honored the sacred relationship between body, community, and environment.

But like many black, indigenous, women of color, Danielle's journey wasn't linear. She navigated the complexities of trauma, cultural displacement, and the constant pressure to adapt, comply and conform without losing herself. She experienced firsthand how the body carries these stories—how chronic stress, a fixed mindset, trauma, and cultural disconnection manifest in physical symptoms and how conventional wellness approaches often fail to acknowledge these realities.

Through her own healing journey—reconnecting with herself and her cultural roots while integrating evidence-based practices—Danielle discovered a profound truth: that for black, indigenous, women of color, true wellness must honor rather than erase heritage. It must address not just the physical body, but the generational patterns, mindset, nervous system responses, and cultural wisdoms that shape our health.

This personal transformation became the blueprint for Mindful Nutrition & Wellness Solutions a Noyan Worldwide company. Like the noble protector its name suggests, the organization stands as a guardian of authentic wellness, creating sacred space where black, indigenous, women of color can reclaim their bodies, minds, and spirits through approaches that celebrate rather than suppress their cultural identities.
